Job Description

Key responsibilities:
  • Develop and document detailed dismantle inspection and failure analysis (DIFA) reports of ESP equipment.
  • Analyze operational data to correlate field performance with dismantle findings.
  • Identify root causes of equipment failures and develop actionable recommendations to improve reliability.
  • Collaborate with field operations, engineering, customers, and vendors to validate findings and implement corrective actions.
  • Maintain and update databases with most recent DIFA reports.
  • Prepare and present technical reports to leadership and cross-functional teams.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards during inspections and reporting.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Petroleum Engineering, or related field.
  • 1+ years of experience with ESP equipment and operations (preferred).
  • Strong understanding of ESP components, failure modes, and operational diagnostics (preferred).
  • Experience with root cause analysis methodologies (preferred).
  • Excellent analytical, technical writing, and communication skills.
