Job Details

Payrate: $30.00 - $36.90/hr.

Summary:
This role will facilitate the onboarding of global external service providers onto the Company s standard processes and systems for medical device service. This is a short-term engagement to onboard the channel partners (~70) for one division.

Responsibilities Include:
  • Become an expert on the standard processes for service transaction and records between channel partners, including understanding of differences by region and/or channel partner.
  • Processes include customer records, service request, warranty claims, replacement parts, and parts return/repair.
  • Plan and execute testing of all processes using the Channel Partner portal and ServiceMax (Salesforce), ensuring that output is correct, and any issues identified are recorded, reported, and resolved.
  • Facilitate setup for channel partner users, including account creation (SSO), and setup in Channel Partner portal.
  • Provide training/support to the Channel Partners on the usage of the portal and processes.
  • Skills required:
  • At least 3 years of experience implementing, training, and/or supporting users of a CRM systems preferably Salesforce.
  • Knowledge of B2B technical service processes, preferably for medical technology products.
  • Excellent English language verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to provide support and process training to users globally
  • Experienced with system testing including developing test plans, test cases, and defect reporting.
  • Demonstrated ability to work across complex IT landscapes and business functions in global environments.

Pay Transparency: The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: $30.00- $36.90/hr. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience and the benefits package you select. Full-time employees are eligible to select from different benefits packages. Packages may include medical, dental, and vision benefits, 10 paid days off, 401(k) plan participation, commuter benefits and life and disability insurance.
