JOB SUMMARY
We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Integration Specialist - API & Service Graph to lead the design and implementation of complex integrations between ServiceNow and various enterprise systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in API development, Service Graph Connector deployment, and Hardware Asset Management (HAM). This role is critical in ensuring seamless data flow, accurate Configuration Management Database (CMDB) population, and effective hardware model management across the organization. This role will report to Director of the ServiceNow IT Asset Management and Configuration Management (CMDB) team. As a ServiceNow Integration Specialist for API & Service Graph, you will be responsible for requirement analysis, integration design, testing and implementation. You will work in partnership with the CMDB and ServiceNow Platform team.

Key Responsibilities
- API Integration Development: Design, develop, and implement robust integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, ensuring secure and efficient data exchange between ServiceNow and external systems.
- Service Graph Connector Deployment: Lead the implementation of Service Graph Connectors to ingest third-party data into the CMDB, maintaining data quality and consistency.
- Hardware Asset Management: Collaborate with asset management teams to align integration processes with HAM practices, enhancing asset lifecycle tracking and compliance.
- Data Mapping & Transformation: Utilize IntegrationHub ETL and other tools to map, transform, and normalize data from various sources into ServiceNow's data models.
- Custom Development: Develop custom scripts, workflows, and automation to support unique integration requirements and business processes.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, security, and compliance, to gather requirements and ensure integration solutions meet organizational needs.
- Documentation & Training: Create comprehensive documentation for integration processes and provide training to internal teams on best practices and troubleshooting techniques.

skills: Preferred Qualifications
- Enterprise Integration Experience: Proven track record of implementing integrations at an enterprise scale, handling large volumes of data and complex business logic.
- HAM Expertise: In-depth knowledge of hardware asset lifecycle management, model normalization, and compliance requirements.
- Project Management: Experience leading cross-functional projects and initiatives involving multiple stakeholders. Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
- Customer Focus: Demonstrated ability to assess customer/client needs, creatively approach solutions, decide, and influence appropriate courses of action.
