Job Title: SAP Functional Consultant (MM / SD / PP / FI / CO / HCM)

Location: 100% Remote

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced SAP Functional Consultant with strong hands-on expertise in one or more SAP modules (MM, SD, PP, FI, CO, or HCM). The consultant will work remotely to support SAP implementations, enhancements, and production support, partnering closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver scalable SAP solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP functional specifications

  • Configure and customize SAP modules (MM / SD / PP / FI / CO / HCM) based on business needs

  • Lead or support SAP implementations, rollouts, and upgrades

  • Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and UAT support

  • Provide production support and resolve functional issues

  • Collaborate with ABAP, integration, and BASIS teams

  • Prepare functional documentation, process flows, and training materials

  • Support data migration, master data setup, and cutover activities

  • Ensure SAP solutions align with best practices and compliance standards

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience as an SAP Functional Consultant

  • Strong hands-on configuration experience in at least one module:

    • SAP MM Procurement, Inventory, Logistics

    • SAP SD Order-to-Cash, Pricing, Billing

    • SAP PP Production Planning, MRP

    • SAP FI/CO Financial Accounting, Controlling

    • SAP HCM Payroll, Time Management, Personnel Administration

  • Experience with SAP ECC and/or S/4HANA

  • Strong understanding of business processes and integration points

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment

Nice to Have

  • Experience with S/4HANA migrations

  • SAP certifications in relevant modules

  • Knowledge of SAP Fiori, IDocs, interfaces, and integrations

  • Experience in Agile or hybrid delivery models

  • Prior experience working with global teams
