Job description:
Looking for Business Analyst to join our GEN AI project team. The Business Analyst will be a key player in the agile development process, with a strong focus on understanding sprint cycles and crafting well-defined user stories. This role requires a professional who is adept at working cross-functionally with design teams, architecture teams, and front-end developers to drive consensus and facilitate proactive problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, prioritize, and refine user stories, ensuring alignment with project goals.
Understand and actively participate in sprint cycles, contributing to sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
Work closely with the Senior Project Manager, Product Manager, and Scrum Master to ensure a cohesive approach to project delivery.
Utilize tools such as Jira and Azure DevOps (ADO) to manage requirements and track progress.
Engage in proactive problem-solving to address challenges and remove impediments to team progress.
Facilitate communication between technical teams and stakeholders to ensure a clear understanding of requirements and project objectives.
Drive consensus among diverse groups and maintain a collaborative team environment.
Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and outcomes through feedback and agile best practices.

Familiarity with agile project management tools such as Jira and ADO.
Strong communication skills and the ability to drive consensus among team members and stakeholders.
