We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for gathering and documenting clear, testable business requirements and collaborating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure project success. This role includes analyzing current and future-state business processes, systems, and data to guide development and solution implementation.
Key Responsibilities:
Document business requirements that are clear, unambiguous, and testable using standard templates.
Facilitate requirement gathering sessions with stakeholders to identify and document business needs.
Maintain and prioritize the product backlog in Agile projects in collaboration with the Product Owner.
Monitor project scope and ensure requirements align with project objectives.
Support data governance objectives by involving relevant stakeholders in data requirement discussions.
Contribute to resolving critical IT issues related to the BA function.
Assist in Build vs. Buy analysis for new systems or system modifications.
Understand project-specific benefits and the implications of changes to scope or requirements.
Deliver all BA-related artifacts in compliance with organizational methodologies and guidelines.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including UI/UX designers, developers, solution architects, QA testers, and technical writers to ensure understanding and implementation of requirements.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field.
8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
Strong expertise in both Agile and Waterfall project methodologies.
Proven experience in writing Epics, Features, and User Stories.
Experience in documenting As-Is and To-Be business process flows.
