Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education.
- Experience deploying AI/ML solutions in regulated environments.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and enterprise software development.
- Familiarity with Gen AI platforms (e.g., OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, BloombergGPT).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
What You Will Be Doing
- Act as a liaison between our lines of business and technology partners by facilitating the delivery of highly complex business problems to be solved with automated solutions.
- Support the business in the alignment of their Intelligent Automation (IA) needs/usage with their technology and business strategies.
- Support the development of the automation analysis and design methodology, including the related policies, procedures, tools and artifacts, to ensure a "rapid" implementation process that aligns with established release cycles and related enterprise standards.
- Work directly with subject matter experts within the lines of business to fully comprehend business processes and translate those processes into clear and concise user stories, create and groom the backlog for automation delivery and deployment.
- Support automation testing, as well as facilitate user acceptance testing.
- Conduct product demos, provide product acceptance.
