A global company is seeking to hire a Level III Engineer will configure deployments and solutions for various Mobile devices and UEM (Unified Endpoint Management) Applications.

DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Configuring configuring Mobile (iPhone/Androids) devices and hand-held Android scanners
Responsible for application packaging and deployments within targeting UEM (Unified Endpoint Management) applications, such as MS Endpoint Configuration Manager, and Intune.
Design, develop, and maintains Microsoft Windows client architecture, using industry best practices, and manages solutions to support management of smart phones and other mobile devices
Provides advanced troubleshooting for complex issues related to Operating System, Enterprise Software or Configuration settings on devices.
Defining technical standards and maintenance of end user compute devices.
Performs timely deployments of application, major upgrades, security updates and patches to this environment.
Assist with final resolution of escalated incidents and participates in problem management activities to address reoccurring issues.
Participates in and/or manages cross-functional team projects to implement new or updated technology to improve the stability, security, management, or efficiency of compute resources add
Tests and distribution of authorized patches
Support administration and rollout of security products
Operating system version upgrade provisioning and deployment
Deployment compliance evaluation and stakeholder reporting
Regular collaboration with IT support peers and IT executives
Communicating and presenting complex information to technical and non-technical stakeholders
Escalation and collaboration with application support vendors
Custom reporting and dashboard creation within UEM tools to include PowerBI
Regular use of PowerShell scripting, both verbally and in written form

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
Expertise in configuring Mobile (iPhone/Androids) devices and any experience with Android hand-held Scanners is highly desired.
Experienced with Windows deployment and configurations for devices
Experience with SCCM (System Center Configuration Manager) configuration and deployment
Experience with Microsoft Intune Endpoint Manager (iOS, Android scanners, PC, MAC)
Experience working with Microsoft Defender for Endpoint or similar antivirus product
5 years working with Active Directory and Group Policy
Knowledge of Windows platform and Intune / SCCM (System Center Configuration Manager) deployment tools
Experience with Windows Server 2016/2019 interface and management
Windows 10/11 troubleshooting skills
Knowledge of Microsoft Group Policy Objects and Group Policy Preferences
Strong writing skills for client facing documentation and executive-level communications
Strong technical troubleshooting and analytical skills
Hands on experience of ongoing administration and service maintenance
Image Management: endpoint (PC and Server) operating system build, customization's (task sequence), and deployment
Applying ITIL foundations, using ITSM tools to include inventory, incident, request, problem, change and release management activities
Experience using ServiceNow or other related ITSM platform

DESIRED SKILLS:
Experience with Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager or Endpoint Manager
Experience with Microsoft cloud licensing; Microsoft 365 E3 and E5, EM+S, Intune, or Office 365 E3
