Job Details

The Nasdaq ETF team is part of the North American Markets group responsible for its Equities/ETFs, Options and Index Options products. We partner with asset managers and the ETF ecosystem to bring new ETFs to market and support their growth. We're looking for a highly motivated, client centric individual to join our team and contribute to the expansion of the Nasdaq ETF platform.

Responsibilities
  • Responsible for Exchange Traded Products (ETPs) issuer client acquisition and retention strategy to drive growth for the Nasdaq ETP business
  • Cultivate and manage long-term relationships with asset managers to successfully pitch and attract new ETP listings to the exchange
  • Create a network of Nasdaq advocates through strong contacts with market makers, custodians, law firms, index providers and others within the ETP ecosystem
  • Have a strong understanding of the ETFs, the ecosystem, its trading and regulatory structure, and launch process
  • In depth knowledge of industry trends, identify opportunities and competitive threats
  • Partner with internal teams to ensure world class customer experience throughout the ETF lifecycle, from onboarding to post-launch marketing and trading support
  • Develop sales tools and processes to track new launch opportunities and proactively build out Nasdaq's ETF issuer pipeline
  • Collaborate with marketing to develop effective pitch decks and compelling comarketing packages as part of the listings experience
  • Represent Nasdaq as the public ETF thought leader on panels/conferences

Qualifications:
  • High energy, client focused individual with integrity who is a self-starter with strong initiative to produce and to deliver in an active, small team environment within a global company.
  • Education Required: Degree qualified in Business/Finance, Economics, Mathematics/Computer Science, or related discipline, or equivalent work experience.
  • Experience Required: At least 7-10 years of experience in ETP industry
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills
  • Ability to work alone on sales opportunities as well as collaborate in a team environment.
  • Excellent presentation skills to a variety of audiences - comfortable with public speaking, dealing with press, etc.
  • Demonstrated passion for the ETP industry who is looking to contribute to a rapidly growing business
  • Up to 50% travel required for both internal management and client purposes
  • Demonstrated proficiency and/or expertise in ETF Trading, Product Development, Capital Markets, Index Development, Regulatory Approvals, etc,
  • Knowledge in Tableau; Quicksight; Salesforce; Microsoft Office
  • This is a hybrid role requiring 3 days per week in our New York Office.

The base pay range for this role is $139,600 - $232,600. In addition to base salary, Nasdaq provides a generous annual boncommission (short-term incentive), and equity (long-term incentive), comprehensive benefits, and opportunity for growth. Exact compensation may vary based on several job-related factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to: skill set, experience, education/training, business needs and market demands.
