Lead - Full Stack Developer (React/Springboot/SQL)
Location : Chicago, IL- Onsite
Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of full-stack developers, fostering a collaborative and productive environment.
- Architect, design, and develop scalable and maintainable web applications using React, Springboot, and SQL.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
- Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines.
- Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in web development.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our development processes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in full-stack development.
- Strong experience with React, Springboot, and SQL.
- Experience with other front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure is a plus.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Passion for building high-quality software solutions.
