Job Description:-
Key Responsibilities:
  • Install, configure, and administer Oracle WebLogic Server and Oracle Fusion Middleware components (e.g., SOA Suite, OSB, OHS, BPM, OBIEE, and Forms/Reports).

  • Perform routine maintenance, upgrades, and patching for middleware environments.

  • Monitor system performance and availability; perform root cause analysis of issues and resolve production incidents.

  • Manage and support clustered and high-availability (HA) environments using load balancers and failover mechanisms.

  • Automate deployment processes using scripts and tools like WLST, Shell, or Ansible.

  • Collaborate with development, DBA, and infrastructure teams for application deployments and troubleshooting.

  • Ensure compliance with security policies, conduct vulnerability assessments, and implement security patches.

  • Document architecture, configurations, runbooks, and operational procedures.

  • Lead migration and integration projects, including upgrades to newer versions or cloud-based platforms.

  • Provide 24/7 support for critical production systems, including on-call rotation.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

  • 7+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle WebLogic Server administration.

  • Strong experience with Oracle Fusion Middleware products, including:

    • Oracle SOA Suite

    • Oracle Service Bus (OSB)

    • Oracle HTTP Server (OHS)

    • Oracle BPM, OBIEE, and Oracle Forms/Reports

  • Proficient in scripting using WLST, Python, Shell/Bash.

  • Experience with SSL configuration, JVM tuning, and thread/heap analysis.

  • Solid knowledge of Linux/Unix systems and basic networking concepts.

  • Familiarity with Oracle RAC, Oracle DB, and integration with LDAP/SSO.

  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps tools, and cloud platforms (OCI, AWS, Azure) is a plus.

  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
