Job Description:-

Install, configure, and administer Oracle WebLogic Server and Oracle Fusion Middleware components (e.g., SOA Suite, OSB, OHS, BPM, OBIEE, and Forms/Reports).

Perform routine maintenance, upgrades, and patching for middleware environments.

Monitor system performance and availability; perform root cause analysis of issues and resolve production incidents.

Manage and support clustered and high-availability (HA) environments using load balancers and failover mechanisms.
-
Automate deployment processes using scripts and tools like WLST, Shell, or Ansible.
-
Collaborate with development, DBA, and infrastructure teams for application deployments and troubleshooting.
-
Ensure compliance with security policies, conduct vulnerability assessments, and implement security patches.
-
Document architecture, configurations, runbooks, and operational procedures.
-
Lead migration and integration projects, including upgrades to newer versions or cloud-based platforms.
-
Provide 24/7 support for critical production systems, including on-call rotation.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
-
7+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle WebLogic Server administration.

Strong experience with Oracle Fusion Middleware products, including:

Oracle SOA Suite
-
Oracle Service Bus (OSB)
-
Oracle HTTP Server (OHS)
-
Oracle BPM, OBIEE, and Oracle Forms/Reports
-

Proficient in scripting using WLST, Python, Shell/Bash.

Experience with SSL configuration, JVM tuning, and thread/heap analysis.

Solid knowledge of Linux/Unix systems and basic networking concepts.
-
Familiarity with Oracle RAC, Oracle DB, and integration with LDAP/SSO.
-
Experience with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps tools, and cloud platforms (OCI, AWS, Azure) is a plus.

Strong analytical and communication skills.
