Pay Rate: $40.00 to $44.00 per hr.

Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and collaborative Business Analyst to support the enhancement of critical systems used by our branch retail network. This role involves gathering and documenting business requirements, performing manual testing, and ensuring that system enhancements align with operational needs and compliance standards.

Primary Responsibilities:
Business Analysis & Requirements Documentation

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
• Analyze and interpret business needs to ensure accurate documentation.
• Develop functional specifications and process models.

Manual Testing

• Perform manual testing to validate business requirements.
• Develop test cases and scenarios based on documented requirements.
• Execute test cases and report defects.

Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement

• Work closely with developers and IT teams to ensure requirements are understood and implemented.
• Coordinate with compliance and risk partners during requirement reviews.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and collaborate in a cross-functional team environment.

Branch Retail Operations Support

• Analyze and improve branch operational processes to enhance efficiency.
• Develop and maintain policies, procedures, and training materials.
• Monitor and mitigate operational risks through data analytics.

Required Skills:

• Minimum of 3 years in business analysis or related roles.
• Experience in business analysis and manual testing.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with business intelligence (BI) tools.
• Agile experience
• Experience in process improvement and risk management.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Bonus Skills:

• Knowledge of branch retail operations and risk management.
