Contract Duration: 12-months
Worksite Location: Minneapolis, MN
Compensation: $41.00 - $56.00 per hour
What you ll do as the Reporting and Insights Analyst:- Collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams to understand data needs and deliver impactful solutions
- Collect, analyze, and interpret structured and unstructured data from diverse sources
- Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations using BI tools such as Tableau or Power BI
- Write efficient SQL and Python queries to extract, transform, and process data
- Work with MongoDB to query and model NoSQL data for analytics purposes
- Support experimentation and A/B testing to track product performance and outcomes
- Present insights and recommendations clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
What you ll bring to the Reporting and Insights Analyst role:- Bachelor s degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in data analytics or a similar role
- Proficiency in SQL and Python for data analysis and scripting
- Experience with NoSQL databases such as MongoDB
- Familiarity with backend data sources built in Java/Kotlin with Spring Boot
- Strong skills in data visualization and BI tool expertise
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Adaptability, resilience, and the ability to pivot quickly in a dynamic environment
- (Preferred) Experience in Agile environments, cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud Platform, Azure), or modern data tools (dbt, Airflow)
