Job Title: Enterprise Sales Manager

Location: Remote

Must-Have Qualifications

  • 10+ years of enterprise sales experience in selling IT professional services, managed services, or cloud/digital transformation solutions.
  • Proven track record in consistently achieving 6- to 7-figure, multi-year contracts within large enterprise accounts.
  • Strong industry knowledge in at least one of these verticals: Manufacturing, High-Tech, or Wealth Management.
  • Platform sales proficiency in at least four (4) of the following: Salesforce, Boomi, MuleSoft, Microsoft Fabric, Delphix, Dynamics 365.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce CRM for activity management, pipeline tracking, and forecasting.
  • Ability to independently develop pricing, proposal documents, and statements of work (SOWs) with legal and finance support.
  • Polished communication skills-written, verbal, and presentation-across both technical and executive audiences.

Nice-to-Haves

  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA or equivalent business training preferred.
  • Familiarity with SLAs, recurring revenue models, and multi-year service contracts.
  • Deep consultative and solution-selling skills with strong business acumen and negotiation abilities.
  • Experience working in virtual sales teams with cross-functional collaboration across technical delivery, pre-sales, and practice leaders.
