Akkodis is seeking a Construction Integration Manager for a Contract job with a client in San Jose, California. This role requires experience in supervising and coordinating production and operating workers, with a strong background in safety compliance and production efficiency.

Construction Integration Manager job responsibilities include:
- Implement measures to motivate employees and improve production methods, equipment performance, product quality, and efficiency.
- Review operations and collaborate with technical or administrative staff to resolve production or processing issues.
- Develop and implement production tracking and quality control systems.
- Analyze production, quality control, and maintenance data to detect and resolve production problems.
- Hire, train, evaluate, and discharge staff, and resolve personnel grievances.
- Set and monitor product standards to ensure quality finished products.
Desired Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree in business or related field preferred.
- 8-10 years of experience in production supervision or construction management.
- Strong verbal communication skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Knowledge of raw materials, production processes, and quality control techniques.
- Familiarity with machines and tools, including their design, use, repair, and maintenance.
