Job Description
- Maintain and monitor the organization's network systems, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot network hardware and software as needed.
- Provide technical support and guidance to users and resolve network-related issues promptly.
- Implement and manage network security measures to safeguard company data and resources.
- Collaborate with the technology team to assess and upgrade network infrastructure.
- Document network configurations, changes, and procedures for future reference.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies regarding network security.
- Assist in planning and executing technology projects related to network systems.

The Successful Applicant
A successful IT Network Administrator should have:
- A college degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent education and experience.
- Strong knowledge of network systems and protocols.
- Proven experience in troubleshooting and resolving network issues.
- Familiarity with network security measures and practices.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- A proactive approach to managing and improving network infrastructure.
- Fluent in Mandarin and English
