The Supply Chain Analytics team at Tesla is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Data Analyst to support our rapidly growing global supply chain organization by analyzing and visualizing data to drive informed decisions for launching and scaling various programs. In this role, you will lead the effective utilization of large supply chain datasets for our global supply management team, deliver impactful analytics solutions for Supply Chain Managers and Supplier Industrialization Engineers, and contribute to strategic projects and continuous improvement efforts across Supply Chain. You will interact with stakeholders at all levels, including executives, requiring a sharp business focus, excellent communication skills, and the ability to synthesize complex issues into data-driven solutions. As part of a fast-paced, innovative environment, flexibility, adaptability, and a proactive mindset are essential, and the ideal candidate will be a self-starter with a passion for data analytics, adept at automating processes and tackling complex problems to achieve desired outcomes.

Responsibilities
- Support a large and expanding global supply chain organization by creating analytics solutions tailored to the needs of Supply Chain Managers and Supplier Industrialization Engineers
- Design and maintain core analytics tools and dashboards to address stakeholder requirements and enhance decision-making capabilities
- Drive automation initiatives to eliminate manual efforts and streamline reporting processes currently managed by stakeholders, saving time and ensuring better scalability and efficiency across supply chain teams and related function
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align analytics solutions with business goals and deliver actionable insights
- Identify opportunities to optimize processes, proactively address risks, and ensure compliance through data-driven approaches
- Monitor and enhance existing analytics workflows to improve scalability, accuracy, and stakeholder satisfaction
Requirements
- Degree in Data Analytics or equivalent experience
- 4-6 years of experience in Data Analytics, focusing on building dashboards, automating processes, and providing actionable insights in complex environments
- Proficiency in SQL for querying and data manipulation, and experience with Python or R for data analysis and automation
- Hands-on experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) to create intuitive and impactful dashboards for diverse stakeholders
- Strong understanding of supply chain processes and metrics, with the ability to translate business needs into analytical solutions
- Experience in automating manual processes and developing key performance indicators (KPIs) to support business objectives
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels

$108,000 - $186,000/annual salary + cash and stock awards + benefits
Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered.
