Title: Enablement Specialist - Onboarding & Skills Training

Location: Remote (East Coast working hours preferred)
Employment Type: Full Time

Compensation
Pay Range:$84000-$120000/Yrs

Description
* Support the growth of the organization through strategic enablement initiatives.
* Collaborate with Go-to-Market leaders for global strategy execution.
* Enhance operational effectiveness in building the go-to-market function.
* Design and deliver onboarding and continuous skills training programs.
* Facilitate training sessions and provide coaching to various cohorts.
* Partner with cross-functional teams for successful enablement program implementation.
* Collect feedback to improve enablement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
* Create and maintain onboarding and enablement curriculum.
* Develop content, assessments, and instructional strategies.
* Deliver onboarding and skills training to support sales teams.
* Monitor and align training materials with sales processes.
* Collaborate with departments like marketing and IT for program success.
* Provide feedback mechanisms and gather insights for improvement.

Qualifications
* 8+ years of experience in Sales Enablement, Instructional Design, or related field.
* Proven track record in delivering enablement and training for customer-facing teams.
* Skilled in time management and remote teamwork.
* Experience with sales methodologies and various training modalities.
