Job Details

We re looking for a seasoned AEM Architect who can lead technical delivery for enterprise-grade Adobe Experience Manager implementations. This role requires deep experience across AEM Sites and Assets, including designing scalable component architecture, setting technical standards, and mentoring cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead architecture design and implementation for AEM Sites and/or Assets.
  • Define scalable component and template structures aligned with business and content authoring needs.
  • Collaborate with business analysts, designers, and product owners to shape AEM solutions.
  • Guide development teams on best practices in AEM, including headless use cases (SPA/Edge Delivery), integrations, and DevOps.
  • Conduct code reviews and ensure performance, security, and accessibility standards are met.
  • Evaluate new AEM features and tools to improve performance, authoring experience, or delivery speed.
  • Support presales and estimation for potential projects by providing technical guidance and architecture recommendations.
  • Serve as a technical mentor to junior engineers and developers.

Must-Have Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of experience working with AEM, with at least 3 years in an architect or senior lead role.
  • Deep knowledge of AEM 6.x architecture, Sling, JCR, HTL, and OSGi services.
  • Experience with both on-prem and AEM as a Cloud Service (AEMaaCS) implementations.
  • Hands-on expertise in content modeling, dispatcher configurations, and front-end integration.
  • Strong understanding of modern front-end stacks (React, Next.js, or similar) and their integration with AEM (including SPA or Edge Delivery Services).
  • Experience with Adobe I/O Runtime, GraphQL APIs, and Adobe Launch is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills with an ability to work with both technical and business stakeholders.
