    • Provide advanced technical support and guidance on Slate CRM functionality to the Graduate Enrollment operations team and other staff.
  • Enrollment Data Analysis & Reporting:

    • Create data visualizations for operational purposes (e.g., application processing dashboards).
  • Collaboration & Communication:
    • Act as a liaison between the Graduate Enrollment operations team and university-wide technical departments (e.g., IS&T, ENSA, OUR) for complex system and data-related issues, ensuring solutions align with graduate enrollment needs.
    • Collaborate closely with the Senior Data Analyst, Enrollment and Marketing Insights to ensure alignment of data and reporting efforts.

    • Communicate data findings and system-related information effectively to stakeholders at all levels.
