Job Summary
The PC Platform Architect provides strategic and technical leadership across large-scale ServiceNow implementations, ensuring enterprise-wide platform alignment.
Key Responsibilities
- Define enterprise ServiceNow platform architecture and roadmap
- Lead complex, multi-domain implementations
- Govern platform usage, customization, and integrations
- Align ServiceNow solutions with enterprise architecture frameworks
- Mentor architects and senior developers
Required Skills
- Strong enterprise architecture and ServiceNow governance experience
- Deep multi-domain ServiceNow expertise
- Experience with large, complex enterprise environments
Mandatory Certifications
- CSA (Certified System Administrator)
- CIS (Domain-based ITSM, CSM, etc.)
- CTA or Equivalent
- Application Developer Certification
- ITIL Foundation
- TOGAF or IT4IT Certification
