Job Description
A growing healthcare startup in the Atlanta Metro area is looking for a scrum master to join their team! You will be the first agile coach for the team, alongside a Product Owner and team of 15. This company specializes in creating a healthcare SaaS platform used to connect healthcare professional and pharmacies with the tools they need to provide the upmost patient care. They need a Scrum Master / Agile Coach to join them full-time, in a hybrid format 1 day per week in their Dunwoody office.
Prior startup experience is imperative for this position. As the scrum expert, you will be responsible for controlling JIRA tickets for the company, holding Agile ceremonies, and ensuring all projects are completed in an efficient manner. Sound like you? Apply now!
Required Skills & Experience
3+ years of Scrum Master experience in a startup IT environment.
Ability to commute to office weekly in Atlanta, GA.
Experience with Agile methodologies, JIRA, and Confluence.
CSM or PMP certified.
Experience working in the Healthcare industry.
Desired Skills & Experience
Effective communication skills.
BS in CS or IT degree.
