Job Overview:
Experience Required 8+ Years
Lead the development and QA efforts of an offshore engineering team while designing and developing software solutions in coordination with Client USA leadership.
Responsibilities:
- Lead software design, development, and testing initiatives.
- Report project and team status to Client USA leadership.
- Develop and maintain test plans ensuring robust QA practices.
- Direct and manage work of offshore contractor teams.
- Ensure alignment with Agile methodologies and onshore-offshore best practices.
Primary Skills (Mandatory Core to Role):
- Strong hands-on experience with React and Python.
- Proven experience in leading or managing a development team.
Secondary Skills (Nice to Have Supportive):
- Familiarity with Agile software development methodology.
- Prior experience working in Onshore Offshore team models.
