Moorecroft has an exciting long-term consulting engagement with a major, direct client in the Seattle area. This opportunity is for an experienced Organization Change Management Consultant.
Location: Seattle
Length: 6+ months
What we’re looking for:
- 8+ years professional enterprise-level experience
- Experienced with Prosci ADKAR Model
- Experience and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, and tools
- Ability to clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences
- Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships
- Acute business acumen and understanding of organizational issues and challenges
- Familiarity with project management approaches, tools, and phases of the project lifecycle
- Change Management Certification
- Prosci Certification
- Tools: ServiceNow Experience, Smartsheet, Miro Board, MS Office Suite, Teams, Zoom
