Job description:

Seeking an Oracle Service Logistics Cloud expert to design, implement, and support service parts, field service, and reverse logistics solutions. This role requires hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Service Logistics, Inventory, Field Service, and Depot Repair.

Key Responsibilities:

Implement & configure Oracle Service Logistics Cloud for service parts, inventory, and returns management.

Integrate with Field Service, Depot Repair, Order Management, and 3PLs.

Optimize warranty tracking, RMAs, service contracts, and reverse logistics.

Provide functional & technical support, troubleshooting, and user training.

Develop reports using OTBI, BI Publisher, and SQL.

Qualifications:

✔3+ years of Oracle Service Logistics Cloud experience.

✔ Expertise in Inventory, Order Management, Field Service, and ERP integrations.

✔ Strong understanding of service supply chain & logistics.

✔ Knowledge of OIC, REST/SOAP APIs (preferred).

✔ Oracle Cloud certification (a plus)
