Join our dynamic team as a Project/Program Manager III, where you'll lead and direct projects with creativity and expertise. Utilize your extensive experience to drive success and innovation in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and oversee the completion of projects and programs, ensuring all aspects align with goals.
  • Set deadlines, assign tasks, and monitor progress to ensure timely delivery.
  • Prepare detailed reports for management on project status and outcomes.
  • Lead and direct the work of team members, fostering a collaborative environment.
  • Utilize judgment and experience to plan and achieve project objectives.

Skills

  • Proven experience in project or program management, with a minimum of 7 years in the field or related area.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and direct teams effectively.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to set and meet deadlines.
  • Proficient in preparing comprehensive reports and communicating project progress.

Preferred Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Familiarity with a variety of concepts, practices, and procedures within the field.
  • Creative problem-solving skills and a high degree of latitude in decision making.
