Detailed Job Description:

Core .NET Technologies
Responsible for overseeing and managing end-to-end outage or business disruption calls, ensuring the engagement of all relevant stakeholders and effectively leading the call until the issue is resolved
Oversee and manage end-to-end major incident and outage resolution processes, including business disruptions.
Act as the lead coordinator during high-priority incident calls, ensuring timely engagement of all relevant stakeholders (IT, business, vendors, etc.).
Drive incident resolution efforts by facilitating communication, documenting progress, and ensuring accountability from all parties involved.
Utilize ServiceNow ITSM for incident tracking, root cause analysis, and post-incident reporting.
Ensure minimal downtime and business impact through effective prioritization and escalation procedures.
Collaborate with development teams using C# 3.0 and .NET core technologies for backend troubleshooting, automation, and root cause remediation.
