Role: Test Automation Engineer Location: Washington, DC (Remote) Duration: Long-term
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP & EPM Test Automation Engineer to join our QA team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in automating the testing of Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP & EPM applications (Financials, Procurement etc.,), ensuring high-quality deployments through continuous testing and validation of functional and integration processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts for Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP modules and EPM using tools such as Selenium, REST Assured, Postman, or other frameworks.
Perform test planning, execution, and automation of functional test scenarios, regression suites, and integration flows.
Create and manage reusable automation components for UI and API-based testing.
Validate business processes across modules like Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Order-to-Cash (O2C), Record-to-Report (R2R)
Implement and maintain test data using FBDI, ADFDI and other data loading tools.
Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and functional consultants to understand business requirements and translate them into test automation scripts.
Participate in quarterly Oracle patch impact analysis and ensure automated tests cover high-risk areas.
Maintain automation run logs, defect logs, and produce daily/weekly test reports.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
4+ years of experience in test automation for Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP & EPM applications.
Strong functional understanding of ERP modules (Financials, Procurement, Projects etc.,)
Proficiency in Selenium, Java/Python, or other scripting languages.
Experience with REST/SOAP API testing using Postman, REST Assured, or similar.
Experience with Oracle Fusion test tools such as OTBI, Smart View.
Hands-on experience with FBDI/ADFDI templates and Fusion data import methods.
Understanding of Oracle Cloud monthly and quarterly release management process and test cycle planning for EPM and ERP applications.
Strong debugging, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
