About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Luminance App Configuration Engineer to join our team on a long-term contract basis. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience configuring the Luminance platform and possess a strong technical background to ensure seamless integration and optimization of the application for business needs.

- Troubleshoot and resolve configuration issues promptly.
- Ensure system performance, security, and compliance standards are met.
- Provide technical support and documentation for configurations and workflows.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to implement best practices and optimize usage.
- Proven experience with Luminance configuration (mandatory).
- Strong technical background in software engineering, IT systems, or related fields.
- Familiarity with data integration, APIs, and system architecture.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Strong communication and documentation skills.
- Experience in legal tech or AI-driven platforms.
- Knowledge of data security and compliance standards.
