About Our Client
A Wealth Management Firm known for its extensive range of financial products and services, including asset management, risk management, and advisory services.
Job Description
- Troubleshoot technical issues, identify root causes, and support users with FBTI and Loan IQ applications.
- Gather and document business requirements across Global Banking units, creating BRDs, FSDs, and user stories.
- Analyze data and build Power BI dashboards; map current and future process flows to support operations.
- Lead workshops, create user guides, and identify process and system improvements for better efficiency.

The Successful Applicant
- Experience with Loan IQ or FBTI software is required.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field; Master's preferred.
- 5+ years in Global Banking with strong product knowledge.
- Proficient in Power BI, SQL, and large-scale data analysis.
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
