Planning and Inventory Coordinator

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Planning and Inventory Coordinator in Corvallis, OR.

Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Planning and Inventory Coordinator to join our team and support the identification, reporting, and disposition of end-of-life parts for engineering systems and teams. This role is critical in ensuring accurate inventory control, timely procurement processes, and seamless coordination with engineering and logistics teams. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, experience with SAP, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
* Manage identification, reporting, and disposition of end-of-life parts for vision and computer systems in partnership with engineering teams
* Verify computer system Bills of Materials (BOMs) for accuracy and completeness before Change Management review. Complete cost analysis in SAP and add cost to change requests, ensuring Procurement receives the next task
* Maintain up-to-date BOMs for computer and vision systems to reflect current part requirements
* Perform -Goods Receipts- transactions in SAP for parts shipped directly to customers or internal production areas
* Monitor and follow up on component purchase orders supporting compute and vision system builds
* Add PO numbers to the ship readiness site to assist logistics and planning
* Execute inventory cycle counts: schedule counts, freeze systems, lead the process using sampling techniques, and report results
* Take on additional planning tasks as needed

REQUIREMENTS:
* Associate or Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Supply Chain, or equivalent preferred (relevant experience may substitute)
* Two or more years of related work experience
* One year of experience with SAP or similar ERP software
* Strong working knowledge of Excel, Word, and Outlook
* Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
* Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively
* Demonstrated teamwork and leadership skills
* Experience in inventory or supply-chain management desired
* Familiarity with Windchill and Service Manager preferred

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
