Job Description

The PMO team is looking for a seasoned Change Management / Training Lead specializing in HR transformation. In this role, you will be instrumental in developing and executing change management and training strategies to support the implementation of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central – solution designed to streamline HR processes, ensure compliance, automate transactions, and improve efficiency. You will lead the creation of change impact assessments, training curriculum, course outlines, and detailed training content. Additionally, you will drive training deployment, deliver end-user training, and provide ongoing support to ensure a smooth transition. This position reports to the HR Project Management Office (PMO) and is responsible for developing and documenting change and training execution plans, ensuring alignment with the overall program timeline. The goal is to enable Newell Brands to effectively prepare for, manage, and sustain the changes associated with this implementation. HR Project Management Office (PMO) is responsible for the management of key and strategic HR portfolio initiatives, which include cross-functional programs that drive efficiencies in global end-2-end operations and technical excellence. The team aligns HR strategy with transformational initiatives, ensuring consistent project governance, and risk mitigation. 

Key Responsibilities:

•Lead and manage change management, communication, and training strategies and approaches.

•Execute leadership alignment and stakeholder engagement activities.

•Conduct change impact assessments and collaborate with Communications on collateral development and validation.

•Partner with PMO and the implementation vendor to understand global change impacts and develop and execute plans to collect local impacts, validations, and analysis.

•Support the project team in addressing gaps and challenges related to the SAP Success Factors deployment.

•Prepare agendas, materials and collaborate with change network teams.

•Oversee training planning and train-the-trainer activities.

•Deliver end-user training and identify/train facilitators (train-the-trainer).

•Manage training logistics and related compliance activities, including enrolment /registration, attendance tracking, and reporting.

•Contribute to the development of the communications strategy by providing input and collaborating with the Communications team.

Candidate Profile:

•Bachelor's Degree preferred.

•5 - 7+ years of Change Management and Training experience, preferable within global, matrixed organizations.

•Proven experience executing change and training strategies for large-scale enterprise implementations is preferred.

•Strong knowledge of HR end-2-end processes, technologies, and best practices.

•Demonstrated success in leading multi-stream or multi-site projects, delivering coherent, workable and ‘bought in to’ solutions.

•Ability to succinctly and clearly communication between different teams involved in project execution.

•Highly effective and experienced communicator capable of representing the PMO both internally and externally.
