Customer Experience Business Analyst

At TEKsystems we are working with a local organization seeking a Customer Experience Business Analyst to play a key role in supporting application development projects in call center environments through all phases of design, development, and implementation (DDI). This role is ideal for someone with a strong interest in business analysis, excellent communication skills, and a desire to grow within a collaborative, Agile team environment. The analyst will contribute to enhancing the customer experience by supporting requirement gathering, testing, documentation, and stakeholder engagement. Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and document business and technical requirements under the guidance of senior analysts.
• Work closely with Agile development teams to support the customer experience lifecycle and adopt best practices.
• Assist in quality assurance testing, identify issues, and collaborate with the team to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Generate and analyze reports on project progress, performance metrics, and customer feedback.
• Contribute to the creation and maintenance of user documentation, training materials, and user guides.
• Learn to manage user access permissions and ensure appropriate access levels are maintained.
• Assist in researching and documenting customer complaints, supporting resolution efforts, and maintaining accurate records.
• Learn to triage and route stakeholder requests, gaining insight into business needs and priorities.
• Support vendor communication by escalating issues and tracking vendor-related tasks and deliverables.
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support project and team success.

Education & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management Information Systems, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in a business analyst or equivalent role.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $45.00 - $53.00/hr.
