*We are looking for a skilled Network Engineer with strong hands-on experience in setting up and managing network infrastructure within manufacturing plant environments. *

Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive IT/OT Security Lead who can serve as the single point of contact (SPOC) onsite, managing end-to-end security delivery for both IT and OT environments. This role involves close coordination with stakeholders, understanding business and technical requirements, and working with offshore teams to ensure successful and timely execution.

Key Responsibilities:

Act as the primary onsite contact for all IT/OT security-related activities and delivery.

Manage and engage with stakeholders independently to gather requirements and align expectations.

Collaborate with offshore teams to drive execution and resolve blockers.

Oversee OT security controls, vulnerability management, and firewall configurations.

Ensure proper documentation, reporting, and compliance with security best practices.

Understand and contribute to network segmentation and ICS/SCADA protection strategies.

Key Skills Required:

Strong knowledge of IT/OT security, industrial control systems, and network firewalls.

Hands-on experience with vulnerability management tools and remediation processes.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Proven ability to manage delivery independently and coordinate across global teams.

Familiarity with standards like IEC 62443, NIST 800-82, or similar is a plus.
