Job Details

The Administrative Assistant Contractor will support daily office operations at the Austin location by providing frontline reception and workplace services. The role requires at least two years of experience in a professional office or hospitality setting and the ability to deliver exceptional service to employees, guests, and leadership.

You will oversee visitor check-ins, assist with meeting coordination, handle routine administrative duties, and maintain a welcoming office environment. A polished, customer-focused attitude is essential, along with the ability to stay calm and efficient during busy periods. The position also requires flexibility in scheduling, including occasional extended hours.

The role involves managing communication through phone and email, preparing basic documents, and assisting teams as needed. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office especially Outlook, Word, and Excel is required. The Administrative Assistant will work both independently and as part of a team, taking on additional tasks and special assignments as directed by management to support smooth daily operations.
