HR Director, Blockchain Experience Required, San Jose, CA

We are looking for an HR Director for a great opportunity in Silicon Valley, CA.  We are seeking candidates preferably from startups, high-tech, and well-known tech companies.  We have 2 openings for this opportunity.  This position is 100% onsite and NOT open for Remote.

HR Director Description:

- Develop a suitable human resource mechanism for the next 10 years based on the Decentralized Autonomous Organizations (DAOs)development strategy, planning, and vision, and design and build a globally efficient HR team.

- Be responsible for attracting future tech family office entrepreneurs and platform advisors according to company platform requirements.

- Manage daily Human Resources operations for the Decentralized Autonomous Organization (DAO), including but not limited to talent recruitment, HR operations, compensation and benefits, and talent analysis.

- Shape, maintain, and promote the Decentralized Autonomous Organization (DAO) vision, strengthening team and member cohesion.

- Be responsible for the Decentralized Autonomous Organization (DAO) talent incentive program, assisting in and developing the entire DAO incentive planning mechanism.

HR Director Qualifications:

- Hold a degree in human resources or related fields, with familiarity with the blockchain industry preferred.

- Over 5 years of HR management and practical experience, with preference for candidates from startups, high-tech, well-known tech companies, or blockchain companies.

- Familiar with employment regulations in various states, with excellent communication and coordination skills to integrate global work teams.

- Extensive working experience with Blockchain.

- Strong networks and connections with top tier universities in the United States.

- Demonstrated ability to collaborate with top talent.

- Excellent English speaking and writing skills, a self-starter with a growth mindset.
