Job Details
We are hiring an experienced Technical Architect with strong Real Estate / PropTech industry background to lead enterprise solution design and digital transformation initiatives.
What You ll Do
- Architect scalable, secure solutions across Property Management, Leasing, and Real Estate Operations
- Lead cloud architecture (Azure/AWS), application modernization & integrations
- Design solutions involving ERP, CRM, Smart Building & Tenant Experience platforms
- Partner with business + technical stakeholders to translate real estate workflows into modern tech
- Drive standards for security, data, CI/CD, and API-based integration
What We re Looking For
- 8+ years in architecture/solution design roles
- Mandatory Real Estate industry experience with platforms like Yardi, MRI, RealPage, SAP RE-FX
- Expertise in microservices, API integration, data modeling
- Cloud transformation experience (Azure preferred)
- Strong DevOps knowledge (Git, CI/CD pipelines, containers/Kubernetes)
- Understanding of lease workflows, rent roll, property lifecycle data
- Bonus: Smart building tech, IoT/BMS, analytics tools
