Our client is seeking an experienced Analytics Product Manager to join their Analytics Product team, supporting strategic initiatives across Sales, Messaging, and other business units. This role blends program management, stakeholder engagement, and user-focused product design to deliver intuitive and impactful internal analytics tools and dashboards.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead cross-functional initiatives across analytics and UX to deliver internal dashboards and data tools.
Translate complex business requirements into intuitive analytics experiences.
Drive program delivery using Agile practices, ensuring alignment with business goals and timelines.
Partner with engineering and testing teams to coordinate performance testing and system optimization.
Leverage BI platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, MicroStrategy) to support data storytelling and usability.
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure continuous improvement of internal analytics products.
Required Skills & Experience:
4+ years in program management, product operations, or analytics product delivery.
2+ years of experience in UX strategy or design for data tools or dashboards.
Strong understanding of UX principles, data storytelling, and information architecture.
Familiarity with Agile, Jira, and SDLC/PDLC methodologies.
Proficiency with BI tools like Tableau, Power BI, or MicroStrategy.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Background in internal-facing product or project management.
Hospitality or B2B enterprise experience.
UX/UI certification or training in design thinking.
Scrum, Agile, or PMI certification.
