Job Details

Mandatory Qualifications:
Level II- Between four (4) and seven (7) years of experience as a Tester
Between four (4) and seven (7) years of experience: in quality assurance managing testing across multiple high-profile projects, with complex functional domains, within a matrix organization.
Between four (4) and seven (7) years of experience reporting and presenting to stakeholders and senior management. Desirable Qualifications:
More than four (4) years of experience developing test plans, test cases, tracking defects and developing automated tests in Agile/Scrum environment
More than four (4) years of experience leading and managing functional test planning and test execution activities
More than four (4) years of experience with automated testing using tools such as Selenium or Katalon Studio or related tools.
More than four (4) years of experience using Jira, Xray Test Management, or related Jira plug-ins as the defect tracking and test management tools.
More than four (4) years of experience in java scripting or related programing languages within the context of developing automated test script solutions.
More than one (1) year of experience in quality assurance of projects related to Fair Hearings applications. Duties/Responsibilities:
Working for the QA Lead, the QA will:
Develop test plans, test cases, perform test execution, conduct defect reporting and tracking, and assist with and coordinate user acceptance testing, performance testing, and vulnerability testing activities;
Adhere to the IES Program Level testing strategy, quality assurance processes, artifacts and tools;
Assist with establishment of schedules and estimates;
Develop automated testcases and scripts;
Work with end users to assist with and coordinate user acceptance testing activities;
Report project activities to management, including progress, issues, risks, mitigations, resolutions, successes, and lessons learned;
Understand project timelines and priorities;
Work with blended teams of State and vendor resources.
