IT Support Technician I (On-site) (Full-Time)

Required Skills and Experience

* Respond to user requests and manage tickets.
* Support inventory management and basic IT operations.
* Collaborate with network engineers to perform simple troubleshooting of field devices.
* Perform routine checks on monitoring systems and alert higher-level engineers to issues.
* Conduct inventory audits across helpdesk and applications to report discrepancies.
* Strong communication skills and problem-solving abilities.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
* Experience with inventory management systems is a plus.
* Strong ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical staff.
* Ability to remote into systems securely and perform basic tasks using VPN services.
* Familiarity with Active Directory, DNS, and time synchronization services.
* Availability for on-call rotation and ability to respond to client needs promptly.

Education

* High School diploma or equivalent; associate degree in IT preferred.
