Role : Lead Program Manager
Location : Owings Mills, MD - hybrid (local candidates only!!!)
Job Description :
- Bachelor s or advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field preferred.
- 15+ years leading large-scale technical and digital transformation programs, with 10+ years in a senior leadership role.
- Proven experience delivering complex Adobe Experience Cloud initiatives, including AEMCaaS migrations and Adobe ecosystem transformations.
- Strong expertise in cloud platforms and enterprise integration.
- Deep understanding of Agile methodologies, hybrid delivery models, and software development lifecycle management.
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence across C-suite, business, and technical teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a track record of making data-driven program decisions.
