Role: Process Management Manager/Manager Program Management

Duration: 3+ Months

Location: Saint Louis, MO 63102 || Hybrid Role (3 Days Onsite 2 days Remote)

Job Description-

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee complex projects involving product innovation, digital device launches, and multi-brand initiatives
• Mobilize project resources and onboard new team members effectively
• Develop, control, and monitor end-to-end project plans ensuring timely delivery
• Manage risks, change, and facilitate fast decision-making processes
• Coordinate with stakeholders across various functions to ensure project success and continuous improvement

Required

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• Minimum of 5 years of multi-discipline project management experience
• Experience with portfolio or program management is preferred
• Knowledge of project management software such as Smartsheet is desirable
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and process compliance skills.

NOTE:

The hiring manager is looking for candidates that have 5-7 years of experience of multi-discipline project management experience. Someone who is knowledgeable in Smartsheet with a background in I&R, Technical or commercial background. They are also looking for portfolio/Program Management experience. As far as soft skills, they are looking for someone who is able to drive results, solutions oriented has business acumen and a growth mindset. This is a fast-paced environment.
