Job Details

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Project Manager to lead cross-functional teams and deliver projects on time, within scope, and within budget. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills, with a proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, coordinate, and oversee all project phases initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.

  • Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and success metrics in collaboration with stakeholders.

  • Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations.

  • Identify and mitigate project risks and issues proactively.

  • Communicate project status, risks, and updates to stakeholders and senior management.

  • Manage internal and external project resources, ensuring accountability and quality delivery.

  • Ensure all projects align with organizational goals, compliance standards, and quality expectations.

  • Facilitate team meetings, retrospectives, and performance reviews.

  • Promote collaboration and continuous improvement within the project team.


Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field. (Master s degree preferred.)

  • Experience: 3 7 years of project management experience (depending on level of role).

  • Certifications: PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum certification preferred.

  • Skills:

    • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

    • Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

    • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Asana, Trello).

    • Solid understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid).

    • Budget management and reporting skills.
