Job Details
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Project Manager to lead cross-functional teams and deliver projects on time, within scope, and within budget. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills, with a proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, coordinate, and oversee all project phases initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and success metrics in collaboration with stakeholders.
Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations.
Identify and mitigate project risks and issues proactively.
Communicate project status, risks, and updates to stakeholders and senior management.
Manage internal and external project resources, ensuring accountability and quality delivery.
Ensure all projects align with organizational goals, compliance standards, and quality expectations.
Facilitate team meetings, retrospectives, and performance reviews.
Promote collaboration and continuous improvement within the project team.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field. (Master s degree preferred.)
Experience: 3 7 years of project management experience (depending on level of role).
Certifications: PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum certification preferred.
Skills:
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Asana, Trello).
Solid understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid).
Budget management and reporting skills.
