Help Desk Operator | Hybrid (New Castle, DE) | 12-Month Contract
Walker Healthforce is seeking a help desk operator to support a public sector client based out of New Castle, DE. This is a hybrid role requiring on-site attendance during initial training and then 1 day/wk (Wednesdays) for the remainder of the assignment.

RATE RANGE: $16 - 17/hr

- 1 year customer service experience
- Proven experience providing technical support, troubleshooting issues, and offering guidance on IT-related problems
- Strong communication, problem solving, and critical thinking skills
