Job Title: Motion Graphics Designer (Informational Videos)
Location: Canada (100% Remote)

Bachelor s degree in Motion Graphics, Animation, Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
2+ years experience in motion graphics design and video production, ideally with a portfolio of short-form informational or explainer videos.
Expert proficiency with Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, and Photoshop; experience with Cinema 4D or similar 3D software is a plus.
Strong understanding of animation principles, visual communication, and graphic design fundamentals.
Ability to distill complex ideas into clear, concise, and engaging visual content.
Excellent sense of timing, pacing, and visual storytelling.
Familiarity with audio editing, sound effects, and synchronization of visuals with narration or music.
Attention to detail, creativity, and a commitment to producing polished, professional-quality work.
Strong communication and collaboration skills; able to receive and incorporate feedback constructively.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Demonstrated ability to adapt to varying visual styles while maintaining brand consistency.
