Join an operations-focused team supporting efficient inventory flow across a fast-moving environment. Our client, a leader in the technology and innovation sector, is seeking an Inventory Specialist to help maintain accurate stock records, support warehouse operations, and ensure smooth coordination across departments.


About the Role

As an Inventory Specialist, you ll be responsible for tracking inventory movement, maintaining accurate records, conducting audits, and resolving discrepancies. You ll work closely with procurement, warehouse, and production teams to ensure stock accuracy and operational efficiency.


Key Responsibilities

  • Track and record all incoming and outgoing inventory items

  • Perform routine cycle counts and full physical inventory audits

  • Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies

  • Ensure accurate and timely entry of data into inventory systems (ERP/WMS)

  • Monitor stock levels and report shortages or overstock conditions

  • Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, and production teams

  • Verify and process purchase orders, receipts, and internal transfers

  • Maintain organized, labeled storage areas

  • Prepare and update inventory reports for leadership

  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and quality guidelines


What We re Looking For

  • Bachelor s degree or relevant diploma (preferred, not required)

  • 1 3 years of experience in inventory control, warehouse operations, or similar roles

  • Strong knowledge of inventory platforms (SAP, Oracle, ERP, WMS) and MS Excel

  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy

  • Strong communication and teamwork skills

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines

  • Basic understanding of supply chain and warehouse workflows
