Infinite Solutions Inc. is looking for a qualified individual to fill the role of a Quality Assurance Project Manager
Mandatory skills
- At least seven (7) years full time equivalent (FTE) experience as a project manager, leading large teams to implement application lifecycle management activities, including but not limited to, planning, requirements, design, testing, implementation and rollout, knowledge transition, post-implementation support, and ongoing project governance.
- At least five (5) years of FTE experience in the last ten (10) years maintaining large-scale* integrated project schedules which have consisted of multiple phases and/or multiple sub-projects. ( Large-scale project means a project with 5,000 or more employees and involving three (3) major operational business areas and five (5) distributed geographic work locations.)
- At least five (5) years FTE experience in the last ten (10) years developing project status reports for various audiences including executives and stakeholders.
- At least three (3) years of FTE experience in the last ten (10) years serving as a Testing Lead.
- At least three (3) years of FTE experience in the last ten (10) years designing, developing, and implementing waterfall, iterative waterfall or Agile testing processes and procedures.
- At least three (3) years of FTE team lead experience in the last ten (10) years on projects for the State of California using the California Project Management Framework (CA-PMF) and Project Management Book of Knowledge (PMBOK ).
- At least three (3) years of FTE experience in the last ten (10) years with Department of Motor Vehicle business processes. (California DMV experience is not required).
- At least three (3) years of demonstrated FTE experience in the last ten (10) years writing and developing functional/technical documentation with emphasis on developing detailed requirements on a project valued at 20 million dollars ($20,000,000) or more.
- Possession of at least one (1) of the following certifications in good standing (attach certificates to RFO response):
- Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP)
- Certified Software Tester (CSTE) offered by the Quality Assurance Institute (QAI)
- One or multiple levels of certification as a ISTQB Certified Tester by the International Software Testing Qualifications Board (ISTQB)
- ISO/IEC/IEEE 29119 Software Testing Standard
- ISO 9001 Quality Management System
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification by the Project Management Institute, in good standing.
- Five (5) or more years of FTE experience in the last ten (10) years working with highly complex target application environments involving complex integration and multiple stakeholders.
- Five (5) or more years of FTE experience in the last ten (10) years using issue management
- Five (5) or more years of FTE experience in the last ten (10) years setting up and performing test automation using Tosca Testing Automation Suite.
