Description
We are looking for an experienced Business Systems Analyst/Change Manager to join our team on a long-term contract basis in Middleton, Wisconsin. In this role, you will play a crucial part in analyzing and improving business systems, focusing on infrastructure upgrades and optimizing end-user experiences. This position is ideal for someone passionate about problem-solving, change management, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities:
Lead efforts to gather and document business requirements from stakeholders to enhance system functionality and user experience.
Collaborate closely with the helpdesk team to identify root causes of recurring issues and develop actionable solutions.
Conduct end-user acceptance testing to ensure system changes meet business needs and technical requirements.
Drive change management initiatives, including planning and executing training programs for end users.
Facilitate infrastructure upgrades, such as Windows 11 migrations and transitions to Microsoft Teams.
Perform gap analysis to identify areas for improvement in business processes and system functionality.
Utilize tools like Atlassian Jira and Confluence to manage project documentation and track progress.
Assist in backlog grooming and prioritization to align project goals with organizational objectives.
Analyze customer satisfaction metrics to propose enhancements that improve support and service delivery.
Support Agile Scrum methodologies to ensure efficient project execution and delivery.
Requirements
Minimum of 7 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or in a similar role.
Proven expertise in gathering requirements, conducting gap analyses, and documenting business processes.
Strong understanding of change management principles and experience in organizational change initiatives.
Hands-on experience with infrastructure projects, including upgrades and system migrations.
Proficiency with Microsoft technologies, including Teams, Power Apps, and Windows 11.
Familiarity with tools such as Atlassian Jira, Confluence, and CRM systems.
Demonstrated ability to perform end-user training and acceptance testing.
Solid knowledge of Agile Scrum methodologies and backlog grooming practices.
