Office Administrative Support Staff Hybrid (3 days onsite)

Arlington VA 22203

Duration: 1Year

Roles and Responsibilities:

The Resource s responsibilities shall include but not limited to the following, as directed by the client:

  • Process invoices and follow up on accounts receivable
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls
  • Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements
  • Maintain and update office filing systems, both electronic and physical
  • Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, memos, reports, and other documents
  • Perform general office duties, such as ordering supplies, managing inventory, and handling mail
  • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
  • Develop and maintain a filing system
  • Manage and update contact lists
  • Book travel arrangements and accommodations.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required (as demonstrated by prior work experience):

  • Able to work independently,
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Effective problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to collaborate and communicate effectively with business stakeholders / other team members
  • Experience with Netforum and Workday
  • High School diploma or GED equivalent. Associate s degree in business is preferred.
