compliance folks from the SN GRC perspective.

Role: ServiceNow GRC Consultant

Job Location: New York Metro Area (Onsite)

Duration: 12+ months

Experience : 12+ Years

Visa : / EAD's / TN (NO H1b's / OPT)

Notes:

Client is urgently seeking a seasoned ServiceNow GRC expert. Candidates must be local to the NY Metro Area or willing to relocate. Prior experience in healthcare or life sciences is a plus.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Configure, implement, and optimize the ServiceNow GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance) module.
  • Tailor workflows and modules (e.g., Policy & Compliance, Risk Management, Audit Management) to the client's needs.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and translate requirements into technical solutions.
  • Develop and run reports, dashboards, and automation to support governance processes.
  • Align ServiceNow configuration with industry best practices and GRC frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO, HIPAA).
  • Provide training and guide knowledge transfer to internal teams.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical and functional issues.
  • Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance across the platform.
  • Support integration with other modules (ITSM, ITOM, CMDB).

Required Skills:

  • Extensive hands-on experience with ServiceNow GRC implementations.
  • Deep knowledge of GRC workflows: policy, risk, audit.
  • Familiarity with compliance frameworks (HIPAA, NIST, ISO, SOX).
  • Proven ability to handle full-cycle implementation: configuration, scripting, integration, reporting.
  • ServiceNow certifications (GRC, CIS, CSA) preferred.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team in a tight timeframe.

Preferred Skills:

  • Local to NY Metro or willing to commute daily.
  • Available to start immediately.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.
  • Prior experience in healthcare or life sciences.
